Assistant Team Leader
The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.<br><br>Daily Tasks (but not limited to)<br><br><ul><li>Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff.</li><li>Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.</li><li>Stocking daily products on shelves.</li><li>Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.</li><li>Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.</li><li>Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.</li><li>Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.</li><li>Following up on assigned tasks.</li><li>Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance are properly tracked and participating in the hiring and performance management process.<br><br></li></ul>What Do You Need to Succeed?<br><br><ul><li>Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry.</li><li>At least one (1) year in a supervisory role.</li><li>Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Customer service-oriented.<br><br></li></ul>Why Join Our Team?<br><br><ul><li>Stimulating and diverse working environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package*</li><li>Company matched pension plan*</li><li>Tailor-made training and integration program.</li><li>Opportunity to develop retail and management skills and pursue a career within the company.</li><li>Applicable to full-time employees only.
