Key Responsibilities

As an Entry‑Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data integrity initiatives. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data within the arenaflex Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Maintaining organized data repositories to ensure easy retrieval and high data quality.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—Product, Analytics, Marketing—to support data‑driven projects.
  • Conducting routine quality checks, flagging inconsistencies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of data management best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Documenting processes and creating user guides to help teammates navigate data workflows.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with arenaflex’s evolving data tools and technologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
