You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning practical techniques and safety protocols critical to the trades, and gain invaluable experience in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in all assigned training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities. Assist experienced tradespeople with tasks, ensuring proper tool usage, material handling, and site safety. Learn and follow instructions meticulously, demonstrating a commitment to understanding trade processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Develop proficiency in using various hand and power tools relevant to the assigned trade. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A strong desire to learn and build a career in a skilled trade. Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor as required.
