Key Responsibilities Proficient in Excel: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking refund cases to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Logistics Experience: Apply knowledge of logistics to enhance understanding of supply chain processes, aiding in effective refund management. Problem-Solving Expertise: Identify and resolve issues related to complex refund cases, developing effective solutions to minimize losses and improve customer satisfaction. Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and accuracy in managing refund tasks and analyzing data. Advanced Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify opportunities for refunds and optimize processes. Effective Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and cases efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver timely service. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to process changes and continuously update strategies to align with new requirements. Expertise in Amazon Operations: Apply deep understanding of Amazon’s platform, including seller central, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Amazon Marketplace Proficiency: Navigate and utilize Amazon's tools, policies, and guidelines effectively. Experience with Amazon Reporting: Analyze and interpret Amazon’s data and performance reports. Understanding of Amazon Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon’s compliance requirements and regulations. Audit client inventory ledger and locate and missing/damaged/lost inventory that can be recovered File reimbursement cases for our clients in Seller Central or Vendor Central Provide weekly updated to clients on filed cases when necessary Requirements Proven proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain processes. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of managing complex refund cases. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify and act on refund opportunities. Efficient time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to process changes and evolving strategies. In-depth understanding of Amazon’s platform and operations.
