About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of Amazon marketplace operations and advertising performance for a fast-growing consumer brand in the health & wellness space.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing PPC campaigns, improving product visibility, and driving marketplace growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working directly with performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Advertising Management

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor research.
  • Monitor and improve key advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Marketplace & Account Management
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations.
  • Oversee listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and catalog attributes.
  • Support A+ Content and Brand Store enhancements.
  • Ensure listings remain accurate, compliant, and fully optimized.
Product Launches & Promotions
  • Support new product launches and ranking strategies.
  • Manage promotional activities including coupons, deals, and other visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate launch timelines and marketplace readiness.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track sales, advertising, and marketplace performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory trends and collaborate on inventory planning initiatives.
  • Analyze account data to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
Requirements Must-Have
  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and Amazon Advertising.
  • Experience managing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns.
  • Proven ability to improve advertising performance and account growth.
  • Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and catalog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Near-native English fluency preferred, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Amazon DSP.
  • Experience launching new products on Amazon.
  • Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, health & wellness, or consumer brands.
