At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience
Own reliable transportation
Own professional cleaning supplies

Able to manage your own taxes as a self employed subcontractor

Q: When do I get paid?
A: Same day. Every job. No exceptions.

Q: Do I choose my own hours?
A: Yes. You submit your availability weekly and we assign jobs that fit your schedule.

Q: Do I need to find my own clients?
A: Never. We handle all marketing and bookings. You just show up and clean.

Q: What if I don't have insurance?
A: Not required to apply but insured cleaners get priority on bookings. We encourage you to get covered - basic insurance starts at around $30-50/month.

Q: Is this full time or part time?
A: Both. You control how many jobs you take. Work 2 days a week or 5 - completely up to you.
