The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Adobe marketing technology workflow evaluator with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise marketing technology. You will assess simulated workflows across content, campaign management, analytics, and digital experience tools from the perspective of a working practitioner.

This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement estimated at about 20 hours per week over 1 to 3 months. The listed compensation range is $60 to $80 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will test and validate simulated marketing technology workflows, review how tools connect, and document whether the resulting experiences reflect practical enterprise operations. The work requires careful judgment, strong attention to detail, and clear written communication.

  • Test workflows using Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
  • Evaluate integrations between content, campaign, analytics, and digital experience tools.
  • Identify strengths, inefficiencies, gaps, inconsistencies, and unrealistic workflow outcomes.
  • Document observations about usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
  • Recommend practical improvements to process design and workflow configuration.
  • Identify AI-driven errors in workflow outputs and provide actionable written feedback.
  • Assess tool connectors and workplace integrations when relevant to marketing operations.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Experience Cloud, or comparable enterprise marketing technology is required. Relevant experience may come from enterprise marketing, campaign management, content operations, digital experience management, or workflow operations.

You should be able to critique workflows from an end-user or practitioner perspective, distinguish realistic scenarios from theoretical ones, and explain process feedback clearly in writing. Prior AI training experience is not required because practical marketing technology expertise is the central qualification.
