Administrative Associate/Receptionist - Clinic

Description Location: 600 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West, Montreal, QC H3A 3J2 (100% on-site)Employment Status: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)Schedule: Monday to Friday (must be available to work a schedule that may vary between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on operational needs) *Please note that there will be approximately three evening shifts per month; therefore, the schedule will be primarily daytime. As an Administrative Associate, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, provide outstanding customer service to executive patients, and collaborate with the team to achieve departmental objectives.
