Excellent opportunity for individual looking for long term work within a fast paced, growing healthcare office located in Pickering. Experience using Jane, simple book-keeping/Quickbooks, MVA billing and sales experience an asset. Candidates must be upbeat, motivated, self-driven and highly organized. Experience within a healthcare or office setting is not mandatory but is an asset. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.

We are strictly looking for someone with flexibility to work daytime and evening shifts, with some Saturdays.

Position would start ASAP.

Duties include: front desk reception duties, data entry (quickbooks) and MVA billing while keeping the office organized and professional.

Assets required: Positive energy, outgoing personality, organizational skills, strong computer and phone skills, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a very busy office. Excellent communication skills. Focused and disciplined job-first priority. Comfortable collecting fees.
