Accountant responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions Prepare month-end and year-end close processes Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports Support project and job cost accounting Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis as required Work closely with internal teams and leadership to resolve accounting questions and support business needs The successful candidate has: 3+ years of accounting experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities A desire to grow with a stable and expanding organization Compensation and benefits: Salary range is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Hybrid work flexibility Excellent work life balance and flexible working arrangements Supportive and approachable team environment Opportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility Long-term career opportunity with a well-established and growing company Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
