Account Manager- Manufacturing

Unique SM, a dynamic coast-to-coast manufacturing representation firm, is seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Sales Representative for the GTA. In this role, you’ll champion innovative products from leading European manufacturers and build strong relationships with top Canadian distributors across Ontario.

What You’ll Do

  • Foster ongoing communication with distribution partner sales team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical support to distributor sales teams for our manufacturers’ product lines.
  • Deliver first class after-sales service and support to distribution partners and their customers.
  • Promote and grow our manufacturers’ product lines in the Canadian market.
  • Maintain regular communication with manufacturers’ customer service teams.
  • Respond promptly to distributor partners requests and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide deliver quality training to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Drive business development and client retention through networking, trade shows, and content sharing.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or representation.
  • Training in consultative sales or sales representation.
  • Excellent proficiency of English (verbal and written); French is an asset.
  • Skilled negotiator with a collaborative mindset and team spirit
  • Outstanding organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, demonstrating creativity, leadership, and adaptability
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Availability, curiosity, eagerness to learn, creativity, and autonomy.
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions and flexibility for travel and scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
