As an Account Coordinator; you’ll work at the intersection of Customer Support, Account Management, and Sales. You will: Onboard customers onto the PheedLoop platform and ensure their events are set up for success. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Support customers through technical troubleshooting and best-practice guidance. Identify opportunities to expand product usage within accounts. Contribute directly to key metrics including Customer Satisfaction Score Responses, Net Promoter Scores, onboarding scores, and response times. Play a critical role during live event periods, ensuring smooth execution. You will own real relationships, solve real problems, and drive measurable impact. Your Day-to-Day Provide frontline technical support via email and phone. Lead onboarding sessions and platform walkthroughs for new customers. Conduct post-event debriefs and mid-contract consultations. Develop deep expertise in the PheedLoop platform. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve the customer experience. Support clients during key event moments (including occasional evening or weekend support closer to event dates, with advance planning). Because we power live events, there may be increased activity near major client event dates — but workloads are planned in advance and balanced across the team. What You’ll Need to Succeed Recently graduated or are graduating soon! Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). High work ethic and positive, energetic attitude. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Bachelor’s degree.
