ABM and Expansion Manager

About the position

This role will lead the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, including the planning and measurement to deliver a comprehensive ABM program. The position requires experience with integrated marketing campaigns to ensure a contextual and personalized experience across the buyer's journey, weaving in the right content and experiences at the right time to create velocity at each stage of the funnel. Reporting to the Manager, Sr. Strategic Portfolio Marketing, success will be measured through engagement and influence, leading to growth across pipeline creation and ARR from the existing Fiix account list through site expansion, and net new enterprise acquisition. As a contributor to Fiix's outbound efforts, this role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver an informative and seamless prospect experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leaders to support the revenue team on account selection, coverage planning, and insight gathering to build relevant, prospect-centric campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • In collaboration with marketing and a cross-functional team, lead the strategy and planning of the Fiix account-based marketing program, spanning across all outbound efforts, including campaign briefing, development, and measurement.
  • Partner with the in-house content team and third parties to grow relevant content and experiences to promote prospect engagement and education across common pain points, personas, and markets.
  • Work with marketing operations for seamless deployment, tracking, and measurement across all program activity.
  • Build a reporting framework to measure marketing program influence on pipeline creation and ARR growth.
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and understand conversion metrics at each stage to improve program impact across all touchpoints to improve the prospect experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
  • Experience building ABM strategies and translating that into planning, and program measurement in a B2B software environment.
  • Experience working alongside BDR, AM, content, and ops teams.
  • Experience implementing integrated/automated marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, across digital and traditional channels from the ground up.
  • Analytical, data-driven marketer that understands how to mine for insights and translate them into contextual, value prospect experiences.
  • Experience implementing best practices for campaign intake and execution in partnership with a marketing operations team.
  • Experience planning and tracking spending to come in on budget.
  • Project management style, with follow-through skills.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Pathfactory, Drift, Marketo, Outreach, and Prolifiq.
