3rd Party Service Manager

We’re looking for a 3rd Party Service Network Manager to lead and optimize our network of service partners, ensuring top-tier performance and seamless service delivery across markets.

In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, managing relationships, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role can be based anywhere in Europe and offers a high degree of remote working flexibility. While the position is not tied to a specific office location, occasional travel within Europe is expected to support partner management, business meetings, and key projects.

In This Role Your Main Accountabilities

Will Be Design and implement efficient processes for outsourced on-site services within our 3rd Party Network

Monitor and enhance service performance, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs and KPIs

Build strong, trust-based relationships with service partners, handling daily requests and escalations

Drive service readiness across the Channel Service Partner network to support successful sales opportunities and getting Channel Service Partners fully operational as well as equipped to deliver according to customer expectations

Collaborate closely with Sales during tender processes by designing and establishing Service Partner solutions that meet business and customer requirements

Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to align service delivery with market needs

Oversee monthly invoicing and reporting activities

Manage onboarding, integration, and offboarding of service partners

Support strategic projects and campaigns involving external partners

Maintain clear documentation and process standards across the network Requirements To make the above work, we are looking for a professional who has strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.

Other essential requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

3+ years of experience in service management, coordination, or project management

Proven project management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Fluency in English & local language. Other languages is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce/Service Cloud is a bonus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
