Daily Tasks Overview
  • Ensure smooth store operations while achieving sales goals.
  • Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a passionate team.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant professional role.
  • Education: College diploma required.
  • Flexibility: Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Management Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain outstanding customer service standards.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

  • Oversee inventory controls and manage order tracking.
