<p>我们正在波兰组建一支由 15+ 名客户成功代表组成的远程团队,以提升转化率并减少我们覆盖的六个欧洲市场(英国、德国、法国、西班牙、葡萄牙和意大利)中的取消情况。客户成功代表将负责多种日常工作,包括使用专属工具提升履约率、通过高触达电话在任务者的注册旅程中提供支持,以及在流程漏斗任务需要关注的任何地方及时介入协助。</p> <p>在该岗位中,你将在完成你所加入的每个运营项目的正式培训与入职后,遵循详细的标准作业流程(SOP)。我们希望在每一次互动中把价值观落到实处,并寻找真正希望让我们社区日常生活更轻松的同事。</p> <p>该远程优先岗位常驻波兰,并向运营团队负责人汇报。你将负责:<br /> – 以高效且准确的方式解决用户问题,主要通过电子邮件、聊天和电话进行,同时达成并超越客户满意度、生产力和准确率等 KPI。<br /> – 认真做笔记,作为核心职责之一,并向你的团队负责人提出改进建议。<br /> – 与相关利益方建立良好的关系与信任:在交付卓越体验方面超出预期,能够在第一次尝试中有效解决疑问。<br /> – 保持条理、负责并对结果负责——充分使用你的资源,确保在 SOP 与项目更新发生时及时跟进。</p> <p>你的技能与经验:<br /> – 至少 1 年客户服务经验、呼叫中心经验或类似岗位经验。<br /> – 优秀的客户服务能力,包括同理心、礼貌、善意、效率、自信和乐于助人。<br /> – 具备“对技术保持好奇”的思维方式,打字能力出色,且能够熟练使用线上工具与系统。<br /> – 优秀的书面与口头沟通能力,语法和拼写基础扎实。<br /> – 全职可用(每周 40 小时)。<br /> – 英语与意大利语流利。<br /> – 有资格在波兰工作;该岗位不提供搬迁支持。</p> <p>薪酬与福利:<br /> 在 Taskrabbit,薪酬设计追求具有竞争力、透明度与公平性。总薪酬包括基本工资、奖金、福利与各项津贴。该岗位的年基本工资为 90,000 波兰兹罗提(PLN)。该数字仅反映基本工资,不包含其他现金补偿,例如公司奖金或福利。</p>
